Achla Foods is a proudly family‑run food business based in Cape Town, built on a shared love for flavour, tradition and quality. What started in 2021 as a passion for Middle Eastern‑inspired street food has grown into a trusted local favourite, known for fresh falafel, flavour‑packed shawarma and vibrant, wholesome meals.
Our cooking is inspired by the rich food culture of the Middle East – where spices tell stories, recipes are passed down through generations, and food is meant to be shared. At Achla, we honour these traditions while adding our own modern touch, creating food that feels both familiar and exciting.

You’ll find Achla Foods serving customers across Cape Town through takeaway and delivery, at our vibrant stand at the Oranjezicht City Farm Market at the V&A Waterfront, and on the move with our mobile food stand. We also offer event and catering services, bringing our signature flavours to private functions, corporate events and special celebrations.
